How do I import a "10 Second Store" to another locale/country?
This guide will show you how you can take Amazon.com 10 second stores and import it for your amazon store locale, for example, amazon.co.uk, amazon.de, amazon.ca, or any of the locales Fresh Store Instant supports.
Following this guide, you will be able to use any of the USA 10ss niches on your amazon locale. Everything will be imported from the stores, including the banners and custom CSS setup.
The only thing that you will need to do is to add new products to your store. Amazon has different ASINS across the different amazon locales.
So the same ASIN on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk might be for different products on Amazon.com and Amazon.co.uk.
There are a lot of ASINS that do match but we recommend you delete all the products imported into your store and quickly add new products as shown in the images below.
Within a few minutes, you will be up and running.
1. Creating a New Store
a. Go to https://myaccount.freshstoreinstant.com/instant-stores/create/ to set up a new store. (IF YOU ALREADY INSTALLED THE STORE, YOU CAN SKIP BELOW TO STEP 2)
d. Once you click Make My Store, you will need to wait for it to finish setting up. When you go back to your store list, you will be able to LOGIN to your store to convert it to your amazon locale.
2. Converting your USA 10 Second Store to a Different Locale.
a. The first step after login to your Freshadmin panel will be to set the store to your Amazon Locale and Tracking ID.
b. In this guide, we are converting a USA 10 Second Store to an Amazon UK Locale Store. You can use this same guide for any other locale. Go to the drop-down option under Amazon Locale and choose the desired option. For this one, it will Amazon.co.uk (UK).
c. If you're having an error when testing your keys, you can refer to the guides on the right side.
3. Product Deletion
a. Now as recommended above, we recommend you delete all of the USA products in the store and then quickly add in new products from your locale.
b. Click on Products - VIEW ALL PRODUCTS in Freshadmin to delete all the products. Check the box beside the "Product Name" to select all.
c. Now scroll all the way down and choose the "Delete" option on the drop-down provided. After that, hit "Apply to Selected". Repeat the process until he last page.
4. Adding new Products based on the availability of your new locale.
Quick Notes: Now you are ready to quickly fill in adding products to your categories. In this guide, I will be using the search tool. You can use the auto-populate settings to have items automatically add based on your keywords or browse nodes.
We normally recommend to manually add products into my store because you get better results than trying to auto-populate. But if you are managing multiple stores, it can't be helped.
I will also go to amazon and quickly copy ASINS for the items I want to show in my store. These can be quickly added using the Fresh Store Instant feature to add multiple ASINs at once.
a. Go to Add Products >> Add Amazon Products by Search
b. Enter a quick-term search
c. The next page will show you the list of the products available to your store locale. Do not forget to choose a category first before adding any product to your store. This will help you in sorting out all the products.
d. After choosing a category, you are now ready to add the products. Just click the big + sign on the rightmost side of the product details.
e. Once you add a few products, you are done. The store will already be set up with a banner, CSS color changes, basic template options set.
5. Testing your new store.
a. You can see below this example is all done. This was the USA 10ss Gamology Niche store loaded up and switched over to the Amazon UK locale. It will only take you less than 10 minutes to fill in some UK products after deleting the USA products.
b. To test the new store to make sure its setup to the new Amazon locale and working, click "Buy Now from Amazon".
c. The next page should show an Amazon.co.uk website. That means you Amazon.com 10 Second Store has been successfully converted to an Amazon.co.uk store.
