The Cookie Consent Feature in Fresh Store

If your Fresh Store covers any European Amazon site, European law states that all websites should inform visitors of the use of cookies, giving them the option to accept the usage.

You can add this to your Fresh Store by doing the following:

Go to: Settings--Your Store Settings

Select “Store Settings” from the tab on the right hand side.

You can then turn On the “ Show EU Cookie Consent?” parameter.

Please note that you will not see the consent message if you are logged in to the store, and once a visitor accepts it they will not see the message again.

You can change the message that is displayed by clicking Content – Your Pages then selecting the Cookie Consent page. 

Here you will see our sample text. You can change the content or translate the information to your locale language. 

With Fresh Store, you can also edit the Privacy Policy information. Go to Content--Your Pages and select Privacy Policy. 

This is where you let customers know what information you are taking from them and why. We already have some information on the page but feel free to edit it, add or delete what you want.
