Why am I seeing this $1 charge?

In order to start a Free Trial for any of our products or services, our payment system will check your payment method to make sure it is valid.

With some payment methods, such as a virtual card or a prepaid card, the only way to do this is by authorising a small $1 payment.

This $1 is never charged, nothing is taken from your account and it will stop showing after some time. It is simply an authorisation to make sure your card is valid.

You don't need to do anything and the $1 authorisation will disappear from your account automatically.

• Payoneer Payment Card
• Revolut Virtual Card
• Transferwise Virtual Card
• Any virtual or pre-paid card
