An account pause is an opportunity to take a break from your recurring charges without the need to cancel your account and have all your hard work deleted.

It is a convenient way to go whenever you cannot find enough time, are tight on funds, or don't have the proper tools to continue with your projects at this moment.

When you pause your account, nothing will be lost! Your websites and stores will go offline but all your hard work will be saved.

How to Request a Subscription Pause

You can choose to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. After 3 months, you can request a longer subscription pause by contacting our helpdesk.
