Pausing your FreshStore account

As a great alternative to cancelling and deleting your account, we now allow you to take a break and pause your account.

Pausing your account will keep all your stores, save all your data, and stop any payments until you are ready.

If you want to take a break from payments and don't want to lose all your hard work, pausing your account is the way to go. All your websites and account details will be saved - we have got you covered!

What is an account pause?

An account pause stops your recurring charges without the need to cancel your account and have all your hard work deleted.

It is the way to go whenever you cannot find enough time, are tight on funds, or don't have the proper tools to continue your projects.

When you pause your account, nothing will be lost! Your stores will go offline, but all your hard work will be saved.

When your account is paused, your stores will be temporarily suspended, but nothing is lost. When your account is active again, your stores will be back online and ready to make sales again.

How to Request a Subscription Pause

To pause your subscription, drop a message to support using the help icon in the bottom right of this page.

You can choose to pause your subscription for up to three months initially. After three months, you can request a longer subscription pause by contacting our helpdesk.
