We understand that circumstances change and sometimes you need to cancel your account. To do so, simply contact support who will guide you through the process.

Our Commitment to Help

We are committed to helping you achieve your goals and will always offer to help you out.

Our support team may ask your reason for requesting a cancellation so that we can offer you help or an alternative. We have many members who continued their membership once we were able to address their concerns and answer their questions.

If you prefer not to give a reason for cancelling, that is absolutely fine and it does not affect your cancellation.

How to cancel my account and/or subscription?

  1. Contact the support team. Please state the product or service and the reason why you are cancelling so that we may offer you the best assistance.
  2. Get a response. We will send you an acknowledgement of your request and ask for confirmation.
  3. Confirm. It is very important for you to reply to the acknowledgement email if you would like to proceed with the cancellation. Without your permission, we won't do anything on your account just yet as you may incur data loss.
  4. That's it! You will receive an email confirming the cancellation is done.

What will happen to my account?

In the event of a cancellation, your account will be closed at the end of your current billing term. Any websites, stores or data in your account will be taken offline and scheduled for deletion.

We do not keep any backups of cancelled accounts and any data will be non-recoverable after your billing term has ended.

Please ensure you have backups and exports of all your data before confirming your cancellation in order to avoid data loss.

Can I Pause My Account and Take a Payment Holiday?

We do offer a subscription pause as a great alternative to cancelling your account. Simply request an account pause via support.
