How to Reset Your Fresh Store Builder Password in the Database
If for some reason you are not getting a email when you run the password reset feature for your freshadmin store, you can use this quick fix to reset it manually and set your own password.
You will need to login to your hosting account where you manage the database and find the database for the store you want to reset the password for.
In this guide I'm using CPanel hosting and I need to go to PHPMYADMIN to edit my databases.

Once in phpMyadmin. find the database for the store you want to reset the password for.

When you click the Drop Down box on the database for your FSB store. You will need to find the USERS table on the left sidebar and click it.
Then you will see the page below. See the image below on where to generate the MD5 Hash code.

Visit http://www.miraclesalad.com/webtools/md5.php to generate your code

Once you have replaced the old MD5 Hash Code with your new one, you are all set.
You can also confirm you are using the correct username when login to freshadmin, it shows it in the image below under username.

Now you can go to yourwebsite.com/freshadmin and login with your new password.
