Sometimes, when applying for an amazon affiliate account using a Fresh Store Builder store, your application will get rejected. Can I add my own products to my Fresh Store Builder store?
You can add your own products to you Fresh Store Builder store as long as they are listed on the Amazon locale you have selected. You can not, however, use Fresh Store Builder as a full ecommerce solution – the user will be redirected to Amazon to complete the purchase.
Can I add other affiliate products to my Fresh Store Builder store?
As long as the product is listed on Amazon you can use custom URLs to direct the user to any website, including other affiliate sites. The product must be listed on Amazon in order for it to be initially listed.
How many products can I add to my store?

Can I add multiple locales to one store?
No, a store can only have one locale, however you can set up country redirect which will provide the visitor with a link to a store/site for their locale. Alternatively you can install multiple stores on one domain (within a subfolder) for different locales. Click here for more information

My store is not using my Amazon affiliate tag, what do I do?
It’s very important that you add your domain to your FreshStoreBuilder.com account before installing your store and adding products. If you build the store without activating your license then your script won’t be using your amazon tracking ID.

When you can’t add any products to your store it usually means there is an issue with your amazon key, secret key or tracking ID. You will want to look at the following guides:

Products Are Not Being Added to My Store
I have an error on my store about ionCube, what should I do?
ionCube is something that 95% of hosting providers have enabled for their hosting clients and updated with current version so users don’t have any troubles running different scripts. However some hosting companies have not implemented this, and you will need to submit a ticket with your hosting provider for them to enable ionCube for your website and all sub-folders.
There is nothing to change in our script files to remove the ionCube error message. This is something that will go away when the script detects the correct ionCube version and setup.
Some hosting providers have a 1-click install for ionCube in the cPanel section and others require more steps. You will need to submit a support ticket to your hosting provider.
I get a Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_substr() on my site
This error happens because your hosting company has not enabled mb_substr() support on your account.
Please contact your hosting company support, and ask them to “enable mb string support multibyte”
If you say it just like that, they should know exactly what you need and it’s a pretty quick process.
Some hosting setups have 2 multibyte modules, and if you want to be super sure – tell them it’s the php54-php-mbstring module. It is a module for PHP applications which need multi-byte string handling.
I’ve made changes but they don’t show on my site
Your store has a built in “Cache” function. This means that a snapshot of the pages are saved so that your store is super quick. When you are logged in as admin the “Cache” function is not activated, so you always see the most recent changes. When you are logged out the “Cache” is activated, so you might see an old version of the page.

Can I add Google Adsense to my store?
You can add adsense adverts to your store by adding the HTML code. Many of our users use Adsense on their stores and we have not had any reports of this violating the Amazon or Adsense terms & conditions providing the store is content rich.
